EVERYTHING GOOD HAPPENED. I PLACED 2 SEPARATE ORDERS WITH SOFT SURROUNDINGS AND ITEMS WERE SHIPPED AS PROMISED. I COULD TRACK THEM. FABRICS WERE GOOD QUALITY AS I EXPECTED AND SIZED TO FIT ME. I LOST TRACKING NUMBER EARLY ON AND CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE ANSWERED AFTER 2 RINGS AND PROVIDED THE INFO I NEEDED TO TRACK MY ORDER.

Wanted to charge me a $10 surcharge fee on a $9.95 candlestick that they said weighs 3 lbs. They said that the surcharge is for items that are oversized and "weighty." I asked if 3 lbs is "weighty." THE CUSTOMER SERVICE lady said "Well, it is for a candlestick." LOL.
