I went on line the beginning of Dec. to order 2 items for Christmas, both were noted as IN STOCK, when nothing came a few days before Christmas I went back on line to see what was happening and one item would not be shipped until 1/30/18 and the other 2/28/18 a bit late for Christmas.

I emailed to cancel the order and was so nicely told that it was all my fault! Apparently not matter the notice of IN STOCK I should have known by some means that they actually were NOT in stock. All the stupid customers fault.

Fine, this stupid customer has plenty of other options when my custom is appreciated to spend her money. I will not use nor recommend Soft Surroundings to anyone, ever.
