Poor refund policy and service

Ordered online, had to return the item. Paid for FedEx shipping assuming it woul be refunded quickly. Two weeks from when they received the returned item (per FedEx tracking), still no refund. Contacted customer service and was told it will take several days.

I was promised a full refund for an item..waive shipping fee for return. Credit for the returned item. SO, the customer service rep wont return my tax from the returned order. In the State of Texas, that is illegal. Im filing a complaint with the state comptroller. Yep, a lousy $6.38. Rep is named Dan (right).

My first contact with customer service went well and I was promised a FULL refund. When that didnt happen, I called again and explained. He told me I could be refunded all but the tax. Thats against the law..so then the argument ensued. I found Pissed Customer. The person I spoke with from the number they gave me was fast, easy and successful. The agent I spoke to knew her stuff and got it done. Thank you!

I called the number you guys provided. I was helped by a wonderful lady who fixed this issue in 2 minutes. Just amazing-same company, 2 different agents. If a retailer EVER keeps the tax you paid-call the comptroller of your state. It is illegal!

Failure to Provide Refund

On October 20, 2023, I ordered pillow shams. I realized they were the wrong size and returned them a week later with the proper return documentation I have yet to receive the $98 refund I am owed. I call customer service twice and each time was assured a "note had been sent to accounting" to issue the refund. Still waiting.

I ordered an item on 9/29/23. It still has not been received. Most companies have free shipping these days but this company. I paid $9.95 for shipping and it is totally ridiculous. I hope I like the item I receive if I ever get it because I would hate to see the nightmare of a return. I will never buy anything else from this company. Customer Service and shipping to Store

I live in Canada and tried to order something to have shipped to the store. I was given so much run around. Order was put through and then cancelled without discussion with me. One customer service rep said it could be done another one said it could not be done. I have been in the store and paid to have items shipped to the store on multiple occasions, but do you think anyone could understand this concept. To add insult to injury, to resolve my complaint, they sent me an coupon for online shopping only!!! Seriously!
