Soft Surroundings - Shipping takes so long
I ordered two dresses on May 1st. It wasn't until after I had submitted my order and got email confirmation that it would be six weeks before they shipped. Even worse? I ordered a blouse on May 3rd. Order confirmation let me know it would be shipped August 2nd!!
Soft Surroundings - I have had 2 good catalog experiences
EVERYTHING GOOD HAPPENED. I PLACED 2 SEPARATE ORDERS WITH SOFT SURROUNDINGS AND ITEMS WERE SHIPPED AS PROMISED. I COULD TRACK THEM. FABRICS WERE GOOD QUALITY AS I EXPECTED AND SIZED TO FIT ME. I LOST TRACKING NUMBER EARLY ON AND CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE ANSWERED AFTER 2 RINGS AND PROVIDED THE INFO I NEEDED TO TRACK MY ORDER.
