Soft Surroundings - Worst service
Placed an order on June 4th for a dress to wear to an engagement party the end of July. Paid with a visa gift card.
Email after email of "delays". Last email said it would ship on 8/1. I called on 8/2 and was told it was I. The warehouse and would ship 8/11.
Today I received An email that the billing address on my "credit card" doesn't match my shipping address. Called and explained it was paid with a gift card so there is no "billing address". They want me to call visa and straighten it out. Pretty hard to do that when it was destroyed when I placed the order.
So, I'm out $100. Never again.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $100.
